My approach
My approach to psychotherapy combines modern scientific methods with personalized strategies to support individuals and companies on their journey toward a conscious and fulfilling life. I aim to equip everyone with the skills to manage their psyche and soul, guiding those who recognize the need for change by providing the necessary tools for transformation.

I offer a wide range of therapy forms, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), Dialectical-Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology and Mindfulness, as well as innovative approaches that I find particularly valuable. I offer my services individually, in groups, and as follow-up treatments. My hybrid therapy concept includes online sessions, along with supportive courses and exercises for home use.

I value cultural and linguistic adaptability, a holistic approach that considers all aspects of well-being, and specializations in specific areas. Furthermore, I offer short-term appointments to prevent minor crises from escalating. My goal is to create an environment where you feel comfortable and receive the support you need to actively and satisfactorily shape your life.​​


My Sessions
One on One Individual Sessions
Individual Sessions are for those that are seeking help with finding the root of the problem within themselves and/or their everyday environment. This is done using certain therapies discussed initially in the pre-session together and can take the form of focusing on thoughts, feelings and external triggers. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Positive Psychology.
Couples Sessions
Couples Sessions are for those seeking understanding about what is happening in their romantic relationship(s) and would like to find a way out of the negative cycle that they are in together. I use Emotionally focused therapy to focus on triggers for arguments/discussions, reactions to those triggers and the effect on the other partner. Once there is a less emotional charge of the issues at hand, we can begin to develop a new, more realistic way of understand what is happening and how to have a different outcome other than pursuing your partner for what you want or shutting down.
