My approach

  My approach to psychotherapy combines modern scientific methods with personalized strategies to support individuals and companies on their journey toward a conscious and fulfilling life. I aim to equip everyone with the skills to manage their psyche and soul, guiding those who recognize the need for change by providing the necessary tools for transformation.

  I offer a wide range of therapy forms, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), Dialectical-Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology and Mindfulness, as well as innovative approaches that I find particularly valuable. I offer my services individually, in groups, and as follow-up treatments. My hybrid therapy concept includes online sessions, along with supportive courses and exercises for home use.

  The core values of my practice include understanding and empathy, professional competence, availability and flexibility, safety and confidentiality, and solution-oriented approaches. I value cultural and linguistic adaptability, a holistic approach that considers all aspects of well-being, and specializations in specific areas. I strive to convey safety and competence through my empathetic and respectful approach, backed by extensive personal experience and education.

  Furthermore, I offer short-term appointments to prevent minor crises from escalating. My goal is to create an environment where you feel comfortable and receive the support you need to actively and satisfactorily shape your life.​​

My Approach

My Sessions

Psychotherapy Session

For these sessions, we explore the roots of what is causing the symptoms. This could be trauma, a personality disorder or something in your immediate environment. After processing this, we will begin to talk about and learn different techniques and skills that will help you to cope with the symptoms in your day to day to become your own therapist. These session involve Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and others.

Cognitive Behavioural therapy Sessions

This is for those that require more short term therapy for such things as, phobias, anxiety, stress and similar issues. These sessions are more centred around learning skills and techniques to improve your mental health fast and those that perhaps already know the issue at hand. These sessions consist of CBT and therapy associated with CBT; ACT and Mindfulness.

Positive Psychology and Mindfulness sessions

These sessions can benefit clients who already feel that their mental health is already where they would like it to be or close to where they would like it to be, and they would like to learn to maintain it. These sessions consist of Mindfulness, Positive Psychology and CBT.
